DELTEX TRUEVUE MONITOR

Advanced haemodynamic monitoring

The future of advanced haemodynamic monitoring, with oesophageal Doppler monitoring combined with arterial pressure wave monitoring at the heart of the system.

  • Description
  • information
  • benefits

Oesophageal Doppler monitor combined with arterial pressure signal for perioperative fluid management.

Monitor with touch screen to visualise the velocity signal of red blood cells in the descending aorta, time-dependant.

Battery operated.

Continuous Doppler source at 4 MHz.

Connectivity: RS232, USB and Ethernet ports, ABP (Arterial Blood Pressure) jack port for connection to pressure monitors.

Adult use (16 to 99 years) and paediatric use (from 3 kg to 15 kg).

Dimensions and weight: 29 cm / 32 cm / 14 cm. 2.6 kg.

The TrueVue monitor measures cardiac output directly using a Doppler ultrasound probe. In addition, the monitor can retrieve the blood pressure signal and calculate a series of parameters based on the pressure. It is unique in that it uses cardiac output measured by Doppler to calibrate an algorithm for analysing the contour of the pulse pressure wave. This algorithm provides other pressure-based parameters, such as Dynamic Arterial Elastance (EaDyn=Delta PP/Delta SV).
