Drawing on its experience in the manufacture of medical devices for local anaesthesia, Pajunk® has developed the InfiltraLong: a catheter for continuous wound infiltration. The properties of this catheter ensure precise, reliable delivery of the local anaesthetic to the area concerned.

There are two possible configurations:

  • Position of the InfiltraLong using a split needle;
  • Position of the InfiltraLong by retro insertion using a pre-attached curved tunneler.

To ensure optimal diffusion of the local anaesthetic, Pajunk’s FuserPump is the ideal complement to the InfiltraLong.

Its lightness and size give patients ease of movement during post-operative recovery.

The 19G InfiltraLong catheter is available in 7 different perforation segment lengths, identified by a mark.There are two possible configurations : Position of the InfiltraLong using a split needlePosition of the InfiltraLong by retro insertion using a pre-attached curved tunneler
The circumferential distribution and precision of the InfiltraLong perforations ensure totally uniform distribution of the local anaesthetic along and around the multi-perforated area of the catheter.The wound infiltration catheter is reinforced with a metal spiral armature, which guarantees uniform flow of the local anaesthetic and prevents kinking and occlusion.
