TrueCool® is a Targeted Temperature Management (TTM) medical device designed to accurately and safely cool or warm a patient’s core body temperature.

The system combines an intelligent control unit with thermoregulated blankets and pads, available in both disposable and reusable versions. Using an advanced feedback algorithm based on continuous patient temperature monitoring, TrueCool® automatically adjusts the temperature of the circulating water within the cooling or warming devices.

This non-invasive technology is used in intensive care settings to support neuroprotection and optimize the management of patients with severe neurological or cardiovascular conditions.

  • Patients following cardiac arrest with return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC)
  • Patients suffering from ischemic stroke or intracranial hemorrhage
  • Patients with acute brain injury or traumatic brain injury (TBI)
  • Newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE)
  • Febrile patients requiring precise temperature control
